The best fit is founders and operators between roughly $500K and $30M in annual revenue who already have product–market signal but feel growth has plateaued. We’re equally comfortable with B2B SaaS teams of 10–80, DTC brands shipping daily orders, and bootstrapped operators who still do most of the work themselves. We’re not the right fit for pre-revenue founders, agencies looking to white-label our work, or enterprise procurement processes that require a 60-page MSA before the first call.

Three formats, picked to match what you actually need. Sprints are 4–8 weeks of focused work on a defined scope — a growth audit, a paid social rebuild, a sourcing diagnostic. Advisory engagements are monthly, with weekly calls plus async access on Slack or email — best for founders who want a sparring partner on growth and commercial decisions. Embedded engagements run 3 to 6 months, where we operate a specific function (paid acquisition, outbound, sourcing) until your team is ready to take it back. Most relationships start as a sprint and roll into advisory once the foundations are in place.

Sprints start at $6,000 USD and scale with scope — most land between $6K and $25K per project. Advisory is a flat monthly fee, typically $2,500 to $7,500 depending on cadence. Embedded engagements are custom-quoted against the function and the timeline. The full number always lives in the proposal, in writing, before any work begins. No hourly billing, no surprise add-ons, no annual auto-renewals.

Our deepest experience sits in B2B SaaS (both PLG and sales-led), DTC ecommerce across apparel, home goods, beauty, and food & beverage, digital services and marketplaces, and consumer products sourced internationally — particularly from Asia and Eastern Europe. We pass on regulated sectors where we don’t have a real edge: healthcare, financial services, gambling. If you’re outside our core categories, we’ll tell you on the first call rather than take the project anyway.
